Asian and African Songhua 95

Characteristics:

Mid-late-maturing variety, semi-pine type, harvested about 95 days after planting in autumn. Strong growth potential, wide adaptability, and good low temperature resistance. The flower bulbs are snow-white, and the weight of a single bulb can reach about 2.0kg, and the output is high. Good neatness, looseness and uniformity, good quality, superior taste and good commercial properties.   

Asian and African Songhua 95 can be cultivated in multiple crops, realizing continuous supply to the market in Wuhan from November to May of the following year.  

Suggested seedling raising time for open field cultivation in Wuhan area in autumn:

Seedlings are cultivated from July 15 to August 5.

Estimated time to market: late November to December.

Notes: 

Pay attention to cover the flower bulbs in time to avoid yellowing of the flower bulbs, which affects its commercial properties.

Open field cultivation should not be planted too early to avoid uneven spherical surface of the curd, which will affect its commercial properties; nor should it be planted too late to avoid low-temperature frostbite to the curd.

Suggested seedling raising time for the cultivation stubble in the winter protection field in Wuhan area:

The seedling raising time is suggested to be from September 15th to November 15th, and the planting time is from October 20th to December 15th.

Estimated time to market: mid-February to early April.
